Dr John Green, the Clinical Director of the Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service, said,
“I am very pleased to welcome Deirdre Moroney to the Team and know she will be a valuable addition. She replaces Ross O’Brien, the outgoing manager, who has moved into work with NHS England, though he will continue to contribute to the Grenfell VR Project.
“I want to pay my own tribute to Ross – he’s been a great manager who worked in Grenfell from the very first hours of the fire, on the ground in the emergency response and helped put together what became the Grenfell Health & Wellbeing Service. He was well liked amongst colleagues and in the community.
“Everyone I’m sure will join me in wishing Ross all the best in his new role and give him our thanks for a tremendous contribution.”
