VR Mindfulness explained
There is a strong evidence-base that Mindfulness supports physical and psychological health. Developing the skill of mindfulness can be difficult and people can struggle to know where to start. These virtual reality videos explore immersive, present moment awareness. We visit a moment in someone’s life to notice the thoughts, emotions and sensations experienced. This awareness is a major aspect of mindfulness and we hope that experiencing this for yourself will help you develop these skills.
